The owner was very rude. I called a hour and a half before they closed to rent some equipment i was told 52nd price & i specifically asked about a deposit & told them we were coming from about 45 min away. The employee that i talked to said there was no deposit & that we were fine on time. My boyfriend got there right on time but was told that there was a deposit required.
