After a tire change service done my front driver side wheel started making noise when turning my wheel to the right (metal rubbing on metal sound). I called them and they didn't hesitate to take time out of the day to have a look at it. After having my car looked at they mentioned that the shims near the break pads might be the reason why the sound is occurring but they said they cannot say for sure that fixing the shims will get rid of the sound, not only that but they're telling me that no work can be done unless I pay for... read more
