After renting our home for almost 7 years, our landlord’s family decided to sell the house when they inherited it. We were given a couple of weeks to find a place and get moved. We found an amazing, beautifully remodeled home on Zillow, and Kristi had us approved right away! Kristi and Ken were so kind, and they sent maintenance over immediately after I put in a call. So far we are incredibly pleased! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice home with a great company. 💗
I live in a nice quiet neighborhood. This company bought the house next door. The renter did not mow the lawn once. I mowed it for her but that was a mistake. I could not mow my lawn without them asking me to do theirs and they copped an attitude when I told them no. They trashed the house and the rental company only intervened when they weren’t paid and evicted the tenant. The police were at the house on two occasions.
