Matt was excellent in the service he provided to us, right from our meeting to go over all our options, to the installation and subsequent follow-up. My water tank started to leak on Saturday night called ok heating Saturday night Matt came Sunday afternoon and put a new one in for us very quick and professionally thank you so much ok heating
Matt and Nathan have this occupation in the bag. They are 2 of the nicest people out there. They brought drop cloths for the floors, were kind and friendly throughout the whole installation. They are very knowledgeable and helped us understand our new furnace. The estimate given was fair and reasonable. They explained everything about the process of install. We would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you both for all your hard work!
