Terrible service. They do not update your shipment and deliver them very late. Someone should tell them that for birthdays, flowers are delivered early most of the time and not in the middle of the day. Supposedly it says they open at 8:00am but they don't have early deliveries. They don't tell you what time the order was delivered, so if you don't call to ask, they just don't bother to let you know, I guess they don't know what phones and the internet are for. terrible, terrible service.
