Great guys!! I show up at 3:57 (not knowing they close at 4:00) and everyone went out of their way to fill my order of a load of screenings. Thanks so much for the great customer service.
I just seen one of their employees dumping dirty concrete water out of their truck down the hill into the creeks off Powelson & Dresden Road. I personally know people that have farms and animals drink out of those creeks. Not ok in my book at all, I will never recommend a company that just dumps their nasty concrete/concrete water into streams!
I rented a boom lift. When I got home I set the brakes and unhooked it from my truck. Just like the guy said to do. The machine shot down the hill with me dragging behind it trying to get it stopped. The brakes did NOT work. Upon returning the machine I told them about it and they really didn't care. They even said they knew they didn't work. Horrible customer service, and unsafe equipment!
Very unhappy with the service of Ok Coal and Concrete. I had 6.5 tons of gravel delivered and spread in my driveway. it is a mess. I called them and they sent the same guy back to smooth it out, he did a worse job yet. It looks like a wave pool. No gravel on the sides, piled extremely thick in the back and nothing in the front or sides. A couple of years ago, i got top soil from them. It was chunks of hard clay. Terrible product. Terrible service. What would Whitey McClelland do if he were here today, he would make it right!
Good company but they do travel thru " No thru truck posted neighborhoods and drivers like to speed inside city limits.....posted 35 Dresden rd....they travel at least 50 and thru a no thru truck area....but good company...
Completely unethical company. Takes your money for no service.
Terrible customer service! I rented a skid steer and when the driver dropped it off he got it buried in the mud then left me to deal with it. I barely putt an hour on the machine because it would not go anywhere. Then I load it up take it to the car wash to clean it up and drop it off so they don't have to deal with it. I ask them to give me some credit on the machine since I couldn't use it and only put an hour on it. They won't do it. Friends and family will never rent there again!

ok , i personally dont know much bout ok coal ,but i do gotta say this , i was riding my bike in zanesville on underwood , i hear this horn repeatedly going off and not knowing were its coming from as i approach the light to the off ramp off 70 to underwood i still hear this horn repetedly going off , so i decide to not go thru the light , thank god for that driver and his great defense driving , if it wasnt for him and his quick judments and hammering on that horn i wouldnt be here today to tell that story , apparently his ... read more
