I am writing to share feedback regarding a disappointing experience at the Ojos Locos Tucson location. Our visit was intended to be enjoyable, especially as it was a first-time experience for one of my colleagues. Unfortunately, the service we received led to a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere from the very start. After being seated, we received no acknowledgment or interaction from our assigned server. To be quite honest I've been coming here for about a year almost twice a month, some of the women here are awesome services great they've always treated me like a king. They're a handful of servers to do great things with their job and by far the best here. There's one or two bartenders that have an attitude but a that's how it goes. Debbie, America, and Mikayla are by far the the best to converse with, and are are roit when you get to know them. Just be careful they will tryr run up the charge... Went to a kids party so I needed a beer! Walked in sat at bar and waited 10min with zero acknowledgement. Not very busy either, got up and walked out. Told the manager who didn’t really seem to care.

The bartender, Lexis (allexis) is just amazing. She remembered my drink and the fact that i loved their fried pickles and jalapeños!!...she's an incredible example of how well a bartender can accomplish and make me feel appreciated and heard... great times at Ojo Locos with Lexis the bartender!! Thanks guys!!
