Visited this location on July 21st to July 23rd and had a very disappointing experience. Not only was it HOT inside felt like the AC was barely working, but my server Alyssa (name on badge, black hair, Asian descent), used a black marker to block out the auto gratuity line on the left side of my receipt. I didn’t realize until later that the gratuity had already been included, and I ended up tipping again resulting in me overpaying. Me and my nephew sat at the bar. All three of the bartenders were very attentive. They consistently checked on us and the bar was packed.
