This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place, thanks to Marlén the bartender. She barely did her job ignored customers, socialized instead of serving, and even forgot my drinks multiple times. When I pointed out that my happy hour drinks weren’t discounted, she made it into a bigger problem than it needed to be, then told me I “better tip well” and held my card hostage for what seems to be an eternity .That’s not just bad service, that’s unethical. If you want great service, ask for Gia. She’s on point with food and drinks. Plus she will never over serve any group.
Atmosphere is not what expected compared to what advertise on social media. Not enough staff to attend.
