Not a friendly establishment. Visited to get a pair of sunglasses fixed and they told me they only fixed glasses purchased in store and would not sell the screw or parts. Pretty surprising and first time I’ve ever experienced this from an eyeglasses/sunglasses store. Went nearby to Optical Shop of Santa Fe where they were friendly, polite, and fixed the glasses no questions asked.
Excellent cozy place to buy designer glasses, clear and shaded. If there are more than 1 party of browsers or shoppers, they will wait to open the door which is locked.
Pricey eyeglasses, but worth every penny. Some of the best service we have had in Santa Fe. They helped myself and my husband find the best frames for our prescriptions. They also taught us the best way to clean your glasses with Dawn, water, and dry with a 100% cotton cloth. Highly recommend you check them out!
The staff at Ojo Optique is truly extraordinary! They helped me order a new frame front for my eyeglasses after a place in ABQ broke the frames while replacing the lenses. I had not purchased my original frames from Ojo Optique but they went above and beyond to find a solution for me anyway. I'm so grateful to Ojo Optique and will be going to them for all of my eyeglass needs! Thank you, Ojo Optique, for making me SOOO happy!!!
