I'm all for supporting small businesses because this hair store is always empty and today I could see why, I picked up an incorrect item by mistake, it's already overpriced but because I stay within walking distance I go there for the convenience but I will not be shopping there anymore and I will make sure to let all of my friends in the area and in my complex know not to go there either.. I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful shopping experiences at this store. I stopped in yesterday for less than five minutes, simply looking for a hair product I had seen on TikTok. I was carrying one small see-through Publix bag with me. While browsing at the front of the store, an employee asked if I was okay and if I needed help.
