I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful shopping experiences at this store. I stopped in yesterday for less than five minutes, simply looking for a hair product I had seen on TikTok. I was carrying one small see-through Publix bag with me. While browsing at the front of the store, an employee asked if I was okay and if I needed help. Im all about supporting our own, and small businesses but from here on out I will be going elsewhere. As a regular customer, who shops here all the time, The owner denied to exchange my item that was bought less than 5mins after realizing that I got the wrong thing. The difference was about $1, I hope that was worth losing a regular customer. Will not be returning. 0/10

I reached out to Betty looking for a specific hair color that no other store had in stock. She went above and beyond by having the hair packed and ready for me to pick up—all I had to do was pay when I arrived. She’s incredible and lightning-fast! The hair quality is the best in town. I highly recommend visiting the store—you won’t regret it!
