Worst company to deal with! Bad customer service and they are irresponsible!
I bought a metal plane from them as a gift. It came to me covered in dirt and dust. The planes welding was very poorly done and the metal was bent out of shape and paint was chipped. I returned the product back to the address ojcommerce gave me and they still haven’t refunded me or replied back after months of messages. $100 down the drain because of this company.
I ordered an air conditioner from them, through my local Walmart. I am a disabled elderly woman and I need to keep my house cold due to my declining health. The air conditioner had a 230 V plug, which I do not have that type of outlet in my house! I tried to return it through Walmart but they said I had to deal with OJ Commerce LLC. Now, OJ Commerce LLC is saying that they will not pay to have the product returned to them, I am being charged a 20% restocking fee, and they didn't provide the return label!
