Great people, very helpful
I’ve been going here for a long time since before they moved and I don’t really know why. I’ve had a lot of issues with refills and getting in contact with them. I’ve had issues with my doctors office not able to get in contact with them or that they won’t update medication dosages. They also haven’t updated their website and you have to call but they rarely answer or even listen to their messages and call back. These guys have always been on time on my refills, I couldn’t be happier with how easy they have been.
So grateful for the Ojai Village Pharmacy staff, they were able to work with my insurance to get my medication fully covered! They even went the extra mile to make sure it got done!
