Horrible treatment. My mother was put in a bad situation after being discharged. I honestly can't believe she clearly visibly has severe scoliosis and was left in the emergency hallway for an hour and 1/2 before we were able to pick her up. Staff needs to learn that they barely have any patients and an elderly woman with scoliosis might be needing more care than being thrown in a hallway.
Wonderful and kind staff, they took care of me quickly and professionally during the evening and had me all sorted after some serious, unexpected, respiratory issues. Highly recommend, thank you!
Do not go here unless you want to pay full price out of pocket. The emergency room of hospital does not honor insurance discounts. This means your emergency visit will go 100% to your deductible. I took my infant here for an emergency visit regarding a UTI and a high fever with vomiting at midnight. The first nurse didn't take us seriously, and chalked it up to us being first time parents.
