Oiso has incredible sushi. We've ate at places all over the triangle and we still keep coming back here because the quality and taste is superior. I recommend the crunchy rice appetizer, the chef Kim special and the basic tuna avocado roll.
Probably one of the nicest local places I've been to. Good food and good service.
stopped by Oiso Sushi and Korean in Cary the other night and it was really good. i got a couple sushi rolls and we shared a korean dish and everything had alot of flavor. sushi was fresh and didnt fall apart like some places. place wasnt too crowded when we went which was nice. the guy at the counter was really friendly and helped us pick a roll. food came out pretty quick and was nice and hot. definitely gonna come back and try more of the menu.
Peaceful little spot to enjoy delicious food. Rolls were everything I expected and they have gluten-free soy sauce upon request.
