We have known Chef Ting since he first opened his first Oishii in CH. Creativity and authentic sushi creations have always been constant. The white salmon with gold foil and truffles amazing. The desserts are art.
Quality of wagyu beef was disappointing. We had it a lot better before. We grilled it on the rock medium rare and it was not tender at all. Wagyu did not melt in my mouth. Not worth the $$$ spent this time!
