It's says fresh hot pizza on the side of the box when I received my pizza it was cold. I called and the guy told me it was because it's cold outside.
I called to make my first order from here today after receiving a menu in the mail, even though I’ve lived in town for years. The Olive Oil’s Special Gourmet pizza sounded awesome, except I wanted to substitute olives and onions for bacon and spinach. I wanted to take off 2 toppings and add 2 toppings of the same cost, and they said that I’d have to pay extra for the bacon and spinach. Why should I have to pay extra for the same number of toppings??? I’ll just stick to good old Big Fella’s. They never disappoint.
Worst customer service ever.
Manger was rude to my wife and then blamed her not going back
Last time I checked you should probably talk to the customer, maybe take their order before snubbing them.. but maybe that's just me.
