I have gone to many locations for Oil stop and have always had a wonderful experience. This one was no different! From the complimentary beverage to the very kind and polite attitudes of all the employees I interacted with, I felt very well taken care of. Got service for my Toyota Sequoia at the Sherwood OR facility 8-10 at 10:00 AM and the service technician was thorough and nice. I had a synthetic oil change, transmission service, power steering fluid change, front and rear differential fluid change and transfer case oil change service. I received the same service in Aug 2021 for $476 which I thought was fair. The cost for the same service this year was $746. That is a 38% increase for the same services which I feel is excessive for a standard service that only requires one... read more
They are the friendliest most helpful bunch I’ve met! They have incredible hospitality, I get to enjoy a Diet Coke and the kids get to color and I never feel pressured to do more than I had in mind. Thank you!!
