My only complaint, as an old motor guy, it bothers me when oil is put into cars from a bulk tank. I’d like to see what brand oil I’m being sold and that I’m getting what I paid for. In this case full synthetic. Not saying anything shady is going on, I’m just old school oil can kinda guy. Everyone involved was first rate. Perhaps on the receipt, name the brand of oil.
Everyone is very thorough and knowledgable from my experience when going through the drive-through oil change. They give recommendations but are not pushy whatsoever and they always offer a nice cold refreshment while you wait. I was rather shocked by the cost this time around. I believe the prices have gone up so in my case, it would be more cost-effective to take my vehicle to the Cadillac dealer.
