Johnny, Bernard and team are real pros. The team's constant expression of constant awareness, communicating with each other over all their actions reminds me of high level customer service given in Japan. Their kind customer service (offered me free drinks!) and their attention to detail is amazing, from greasing the doors, to wiping windows without streaks, to changing the cabin filter with ease (previously, at Oil Changers, they said they couldn't do it because it was too difficult). Convenient, nice staff and service.
this was my first time going to a drive thru oil change. What a nice experience , friendly staff. Arrived with no wait offered a beverage and was told what service was available. Just like anyone else they offered add service in which some i knew I needed and others I declined. The staff didn't pressure me for the added services. I would definitely be back .
The service was super great. The workers were very professional about their job and making sure every customers needs were taken care of. They were very genuine and caring people.
The best oil change service I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they offer a complimentary refreshment while you wait - both Kenzo and Ariel were amazing! They were kind, knowledgeable and talked me through every issue with my car. This is officially the spot for oil changes
