They were so wet and helpful
I had a very good overall experience at the Oilstop location in West Valley. When I first pulled in, Chris was already walking toward my vehicle before I even came to a complete stop. He let me know there was about an hour wait, and when I asked when a better time to come back would be, he told me Monday morning would likely be better. I had an great experience with the staff - Nate, did an awesome job, very pleasant and accommodating- offered drinks while I waited and options to improve car performance
They tried to upsell me $577 worth of services. So not the best experience.
The best experience, yet in over 35 years. At an oil change stop. My truck is a little difficult = diesel with a bypass oil filtration system. And no issues whatsoever, pull it through the whole oil change, as well as the transmission filter. Exchange and friendly the entire time. So grateful!
