They rushed through the car wash. I paid for the platinum package, and with 2 cars ahead of mine, they were done within 10 minutes. I didn't go there because I wanted it to be done quickly, I went there because I wanted the inside of the vehicle thoroughly cleaned, not wiped down and left all wet inside. The cup holders and inside door handles were not cleaned, and they barely vacuumed under the seats. Do not recommend, won't be going back.
This place is a rip-off! It was the most expensive oil change I ever had. I did not accept any of their up sell products or services. I have a 2010 Toyota Venza. All I got was an oil change with mobileone oil and an air filter. I also replaced the cab air filter as well. They charged me $43.00 for cab air filter that cost $9.99 online. The total cost of oilchange and filters was $256.00. I will not be returning here any longer. There are plenty of other places that are honest and reasonable with their pricing.
The people that service the cars here are awesome! Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient
The car wash was inadequate and it saddens me to say this,as the service my car received on the Oil stop on the corner of Redwood Drive and the Expressway provided 5 star service. The car wash is at the other Oil stop and l could not tell it had been washed. I would not go back,free or not.
