Missing money – CON:My experience with the staff was not friendly and when I got home I noticed some papers out I kept under my floor matt out and then I realized I kept some cash under the floor matt.. Rude office people – I have been going to the Oil Well Fast Lube service for my 3 vehicles since I moved to Mount Vernon 5 years ago. I am always amazed how rude the office guys are. The last time I was in (I was the only female there) one office guy told the other office guy right in front of me TWICE that their magazines were disappearing because of the women that come into their business. Women don't need to be insulted by this company. I will be staying away.
Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Had – I drive past the Oil Well Fast Lube everyday on my way to work. I called today to see if they offer a coupon. I was told they do not but if I went to haggen's the back of my reciept would have $3 off. I'd been there earlier that day but could not find my reciept. When I pulled up, I mentioned mentioned this, but said that I could prove a purchase earlier that day, and asked it they would honor the coupon anyway.
