Owner very rude and dismissive if he believes his time is too valuable to talk to someone beneath his status. The quality of their product is irrelevant if they are "too good" to converse with consumers. Manners are free!
Do not work for this company! They claim there are no rules when you get hired in and that there is no set start time and then turn around once your hired in and you get in trouble for coming in late and are told there are rules but nothing is ever stated in writing. There is no handbook given out there is no written rules. They always change their stories, they will ignore you if you try to talk to them about something and then it turns out to be your fault.
