HORRIBLE SERVICE i came to get an oil change with my brand new car and they tried to change my oil filter and broke my air intake hose. was there for 4 hours and they were making up different and said they couldn’t do anything about it
Horrible service the young man that worked there explained to me that my car actually took 6 quarts of oil. I have a 2010 Toyota Highlander and so he put five in there and then wanted to charge me an extra seven dollars and some items for an extra quart. I explained to him that I could simply go to AutoZone and grab me some 5W-30 and either myself, or my son will put it in his attitude, totally changed because he could not convince me on top of that he walked away did not reset my odometer. My son took his car here and they broke his air filter tube and claimed they didn’t but car would no start after they work on it 🤔 so let me get this right he drove it there but could not drive it home and they didn’t brake it! I wouldn’t go here they are very unprofessional and rude and basically told us to get off of there property so we had to push the car out of there!
Had my oil changed here a few days ago and noticed that my truck was leaking oil last night and it turns out that these guys didn't tighten the oil filter so I just be careful if you're going to go here and double check their work. For over $100 for an oil change you would think they would at least tighten down the oil filter
Just got my oil changed and I'm super impressed! The service was fast, friendly, and totally transparent. The prices were reasonable and they even gave me a quick walkaround to show me what they did. My car's running smooth as silk now. Highly recommend!!
