I took my first Jeep here in summer (?) 2023, and my mechanic told me that Oil & Lube Express failed to secure the oil plug and to ensure that I tell them to secure it. On May 7, I take my new Jeep in, and I discovered today there were 2 (TWO) gasket seals on the oil filter. This caused an oil leak issue that might (still pending) get me fired from my job as a driver. Thankfully, I was stranded near a Valvoline service center in Orlando, and they showed me via video the issue. They fixed it, and I'm HOPING I still have a job... read more
