Thanks for the terrible service. I pull up in line, get my baby son out, we get inside and get settled, and then one of the female employees walks in and sees me waiting, walks to the door to flip the sign to closed, doesnt say a WORD to me, and then closes the shop doors. While my car is waiting in line with the keys in it. That's what I get for trying to support a local business! Will not be back.
Be sure and not leave anything of value in your car.

Took my vehicle in for service, only because I was pressed for time. Went to change the oil myself, and couldn't get the drain plug off. It was torqued onto the oil pan so much, that the head of the plug was rounded over. Took it in, to get it loosened, and the bald associate in glasses, was very rude, and the first words out of his mouth were, "So what do you want me to do about it?" Went today for in and out quickly however my daughter left a ring in the bathroom. Called an hour later and it was already gone:(
I have been going to Eastside Express since they opened and have never had a bad service . They have always checked my car and explained to me what I needed. Anytime I go there I am not pressured into anything. If in doubt about a service I will ask someone and 100 percent of the time I go back to them to have it done because it is needed. I am sorry someone feels they took advantage of their child. I taught my boys responsibility before I gave them a vehicle. They knew they had an option to buy or say no.
