Place messes your car up and will claim they "can do nothing" even when you have documentation proving the maintenance was done at the facility. Was not told they stripped my drain bolt, until I returned for my next oil change where they informed me the work could not be completed, and my oil pan would need to be replaced. First sign of trouble should have been when they forgot to place the new o-ring on the filter during a separate oil change and during a phone call told me smoking from the engine was "normal" and "fairly c... read more
