I had the oil changed on my Chevy V8 in March. Since my vehicle has lubrication fittings, I was assured that the steering parts would be lubricated. I have worked on these engines for 40 years and normally do all my own work. In this specific instance, I was heading out on a trip and chose to have Oil Exchange change the oil. I have been going to the Lowell location since it opened 15 years ago and at times I go to St. John location on my way home from work. I have had exceptional service each and every time.
been going here for several years .thought i was getting good service.until i took my suv to the dealer for other repairs,told them to change my oil and grease my suv.they told me it hasnt been greased for a long long time.
Terrible. Went for an oil change, next day I noticed oil in my drive way. The oil pan bolt was so loose I could unscrew it by hand. In addition, they said they inflated my tires to 32 psi, but all were significantly low. I wonder if they even bothered to grease the joints. Went back to complain and they did nothing about it. Needless to say, it was the last time I ever went there.
