Rating for my girlfriend. Took her car once in January for an oil change and it was fine. Took it back two weeks ago, and they apparently didn't tighten the oil filter right. A week and a half later it FELL OFF (vibrated off) and the oil pressure light came on. Pulled over and the car died immediately, had to leave it on the side of the road for a day. CRACKED/OVER TIGHTENED MY FLUID DRAIN PLUG ON MY TRANSFER CASE. GUYS WERE VERY EVASIVE ON HOW IT HAPPENED, THEY DID REPLACE THE CASE AT THEIR CROWN POINT LOCATION, WHICH IS DWR AUTO TIRE AND REPAIR. TOOK A LONG TRIP TO GEORGIA AND MY GEARS WERE GRINDING. HAD TO LEAVE MY TRUCK AT THE CHEVY DEALERSHIP IN GEORGIA.
