As a former customer of oil changers and breeze auto care, I was disappointed when I found out their human resources blamed an employee when the employee did absolutely nothing wrong, there was no evidence that the employee did anything wrong besides work by himself during a major rush, he helped me with my oil change which is coming up again for a change, I asked him to help me again, and he said he no longer works for them, I already enjoy working with the former employee and he does a great job, shame this company did tha... read more

Do not take your cars To any Oil Changers location they have unexperienced technicians working on your cars that will mess them up I went for a simple oil change and now I have a check engine light that stays on because of some type of oil pressure System when I took my car to the shop something happened where they got oil all over the place and one of the filters got messed up And they didn’t tell me what happened or nothing. I brought my BMW 528i in for oil change service. I asked if they changed oil on BMW, for the price and I was given an approximate price. As they were servicing my car, I was asked 2 or 3 times I needed the system reset. I responded yes. When the service was complete, I was asked for my credit card but not informed how much would be charged to my card. I asked and the response was very unprofessional and nasty. My father took his truck to PALO alto location on San Antonio road back in early October for an oil change, upon leaving he noticed his engine pressure signal light showing up. When he took his truck back to the location that changed his oil ON THE SAME DAY the owner there checked his oil and said everything was fine on their end but that something was wrong with the signal sensors and needed to be checked out with a mechanic.
