I have had my oil changed by Moe's and other local businesses over the years without issue. I took my vehicle to Moe's in May for an oil change and then decided to change the oil myself in July when it was time again. I discovered that Moe's put the drain pan screw on so "gorilla" tight that the edges of the screw stripped off using a 6 point socket.
