Today I arrived at 4:15 for an oil change/tire rotation. (They close at 5 p.m.) A very nice employee informed me that they could do the oil change but not the tire rotation because there was one car ahead of me. Really? She suggested that I have the oil change done and come back the next day for the tire rotation. I should make 2 trips when they had time to do both things? What happened to customer service? I have had my oil changed by Moe's and other local businesses over the years without issue. I took my vehicle to Moe's in May for an oil change and then decided to change the oil myself in July when it was time again. I discovered that Moe's put the drain pan screw on so "gorilla" tight that the edges of the screw stripped off using a 6 point socket. I had to resort to buying Irwin "grip off" sockets ($27) for removing stripped fittings and completed the oil change. I returned to Moe's this month thinking they would try to m... read more

I have been coming here for years. They seem to have new management now and the service has improved. The store is clean and well kept up, i have always been taken care of and will continue to do all my maintenance here.

First, I work here. Second, I just have to say that I have been in this business for over 20 years. I work for a very large corporate chain for 17.5 years. This is not only the best environment I have ever worked in, it's the only place I'd feel comfortable telling my friends and family to go... Even if I wasn't working that day. I brought my car in and left with it leaking oil! I didn't bring it in that way and it leaked enough that I had to get another oil change. I couldn't go back to them because they were already closed so I had to go somewhere else, they told me because I went somewhere else to fix the issue they wouldn't reimburse me for the 2nd oil change!! what was I suppose to do? not have a vehicle? I think if you caused the leak you should do the right thing and fix it, this is poor customer service and now it knocks. way to take care of ... read more

I take both my cars there. Clean place, friendly staff. They always have great coupons even on smog service.

I have been going to Speedy on Leonard since I moved to Grand Rapids and they have always been very professional. Eddie makes sure the service is awesome and they get me in an out in a hurry every time. Excellent job Speedy crew!
