I went to get an oil change today. I paid $168 I was given a receipt I was helped by three gentlemen After reviewing my Receipt I noticed that there was a checklist that they checked off. But none of it was completed. They didn’t check no tire pressure, lights or anything else that was marked here.

This place is really great. Fast and quick service with knowledgable service team members. They don't try and sell you stuff you dont need which is a big plus for me. I have my whole companies fleets go here for out vehicles oil changes and what not and am very satisfied.

I went to the Palo Alto location first, but they told me they were out of the oil filter for my car and sent me to this location. I arrived around 6:40 PM (they close at 7:00 PM). After waiting in line for about five minutes, a staff member briefly came out, made a throat-slitting gesture indicating they were done for the day, and immediately went back inside without saying a word.
