My car had the oil, transmission, and rear differential changed (about $320) and drove only 4 miles away and my car blew up! I had my car towed back to Oil Changers and they had me wait back in line (4cars wait) to have my car inspected again!! My car is currently in the shop (at my expense) due to the rear end blown. Poor customer service and showed no empathy for me or my car. Instead I got, "I'm not sure if you drove your car in like that.." just WOW.

A day after having my oil changed, my a/c started leaking a large amount of water into my car. I went to a mechanic, who noted that a rag was left blocking my a/c drain. I spoke with oil changers about the issue and showed them the rag and notes from the mechanic. I physically compared the rags, which were identical, but oil changers refused to admit fault and pay the mechanic fees.
