This is the second time I have had an issue with Valvoline. This time, I went in for a standard oil change, didn't need anything else but they offered the filter replacement. I got home and noticed a strange smell but thought my neighbor may have been burning something. I told my spouse about it and they checked beneath the car that night when they got home. Went to this location and the staff were kind enough to notice a brake light I had out. One small snag is that when changing the light, they broke the tail light housing. It wouldn't have been a problem, but they purposely did not tell me about it and acted like it didn't happen. I went straight to the gas station afterward and noticed the edge of our tail light missing, so I went directly back and retrieved the broken part of the lens.
