I’ve been coming to this location with 4 of ky vehicles. First bad experience I asked them to service my transmission. They told me I was leaking from the transmission. I asked what color it was they said brown. Sorry buddy tranny fluid is red or pink. Took it to my mechanic to get serviced. Nothing leaking. So they lost $250 of service theycould have done. 2nd strike my mom had her oil changed and all of a sudden is leaking oil on the driveway. They said it’s residual from the filter being taken off. Let me start off by saying that there is nothing wrong with the customer service at this location. The staff/technicians were very kind and welcoming. Now for the reason for my two star review: I don’t know wether it’s a training problem or laziness or what but the last two times (the only times) I’ve been here the techs put the oil drain plug on WAY to tight. I almost always do my oil changes myself but one time I was in a hurry and didn’t have the time so I took my truck here. The next time thereafter I go to change my oil... read more
The staff was cordial and fast I have no complaints
stopped for service and immediately felt unwelcomed. The guy rolled his eyes as he got up off the curb from the shade, blowing vape out and walked over, threw a cone off to the side and guided me in. He wasn't very personable, and neither was the other guy. I do my own oil changes but was in a crunch and way overdue. I'd say for the $104 service I received I'd get a little more worth my experience. will never, ever go back again. save your money people
I like this location. They take care of the oil change and explain everything in clear understandable language.
