Great communication and friendly staff.
The team went the extra mile and replaced the headlight and tail light bulbs that we purchased elsewhere because they did not have them in-stock they also replaced checked and replaced my cabin filter and air filter, they were polite and professional and did a great job with the oil filter. And we were on our way in no time.
The techs were super friendly, didn't assume I knew nothing about my oil or car just because I am a female(like I get in most other places)
I've been to valvoline in Eastern Washington many times and was treated very well. This is my first and last visit to valvoline in western Washington. The guy who took my payment was extremely rude. No checks to my tire pressure, wiper fluid, lights etc. When I declined a air filter he made a snarky comment. When I asked about the other things he said we don't check things unless you ask. Just rude and unprofessional service. Next time I'll go to jiffy lube
