I come to this location with all three of our vehicles. They are always quick, thorough and professional! Show me what needs replaced and they tell me if it doesn’t need to be replaced. Never had that happen anywhere else - these guys are honest!
The tech was kind enough to make sure that I was getting my oil change at the right time, he checked the records against my mileage, inquired about the type of driving I do, and he was proficient and quick with my oil change.
Recently had my oil changed and honestly it was an awkward experience. Got there as they opened they started the usual inspection etc… well when I left my car started making a odd noise I looked under the car and they didn’t secure the bolt, so i went back and made them tighten the plug. Left again and when i got home i checked and they did not top off all the fluids. When you spend $100 plus on an oil change, id hope they would do a better job making sure that everything is done properly and complete everything as expected ... read more
Have been here about 7 times. Great service everytime. Highly recommend
I don't know who the employee is, but we have a fleet of vehicles that occasionally get their oil changed here when I don't have time to do it. And usually every third oil change will have some type of issue. The last one was after our truck had been serviced here 3000 miles later I go to do the service myself and the oil filter is about two turns from falling off. Time before that was oil drain plug. Go here if you want an oil leak.
