If you are reading this you are probably needing a home inspection. Look no further. Do yourself a favor and contact Daniel. All of his reviews are accurate and I think he even exceeds them. The guy is incredible and has immense knowledge of construction and codes. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely meticulous inspection. Went above and beyond the call of duty. I will contact him again without hesitation.
I could not be more please with Daniel and the inspection he provided. Not only did he show up on time, but he also took his time and made sure I understood exactly what the problem was. We used Daniel and Oikonomia Home Inspections when we purchased our 1st home (over 15 years ago). He was very thorough and showed us how to properly maintain our new home. So when we purchased our current home, it was a no brainer to use Daniel again. After all those years (and several customers later), he still remembered us. As before, he was very thorough and pointed out things that needed to be fixed before our closing. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daniel and Oikonomia Home Inspections!!!
I have used Daniel and Oikonomia Home Inspections for almost 20 years. I will not buy a property without Daniel inspecting it first! He has assisted me on at least 8 different real estate transactions over the years and there have never been any maintenance surprises come up regarding the houses Daniel inspected on my behalf after the purchase. With his knowledge of local building codes, he is the only inspector I will ever use. He deserves more than 5 stars!
We hired Oikonomia last year as our new home was being constructed by a large residential builder.
