I recall receptionist was mean and curt. Would not allow me to ask doctor about scripts. I am not even sure if I even talked to a doctor. Took forever to receive meds, was treated like a terrorist when I reached down to put my phone in my purse to pay attention to the person speaking.The person who drew blood was on phone talking to her GF as she prepared 6 tubes to draw blood. A pretty scary experience for me. I hope things change, and that they will start treating patients in a respectful and dignified way.
Horrible place. No doctors available months out availability
Don’t recommend. Over talk to you don’t even let you speak or let you speak clearly from your mind or let your mind process out they keep everything short with you and purposely keep it short to the point if you forgot your training thought and you explain to them your thought process and what’s needed or what you want happening and they still ignore you. You should really get a more polite and kind desk administrator or whoever answers the phone. Seriously where is all the snark and sass coming from when I am just asking questions??
Gave up a couple years ago and quit meds etc. First appointment was ok. Took tons of blood work and gave them copies of medication and things like I had been treated for by last doctor. Took tons of bloodwork and I returned to get results and restart meds. Doctor stated going over results and I asked a couple of questions and was told wait would go over it later because I had a therapist appointment and she would go over more after. Didn’t come .
