Sons and I have had great experiences. My son says the testing experience here versus other places was much smoother and felt less invasive. When purchasing glasses they offered discounts for the unpaid portion insurance didnt cover. All the staff has been very nice. Also the while process is pretty speedy

Dr. McCarthy was wonderful. She explained things to me in a way I could understand and triple checked things. She was also patient with me which was huge. I know I can be a somewhat difficult patient due to the sensitivity of my eyes. Thank you!!!
Unfortunately I had to wait an entire hour for my scheduled appointment. Missing another appointment. Lack of office organization was also reflected in the rushed visit with optometrist. I am looking for a new optometrist who honors the client’s time and well being while in their office.
I don’t feel is right to automatically add on optional scans and tell people that’s what they owe without asking.
