I brought my son in shortly before closing. Everyone was very friendly and reassured us we weren't an inconvenience. There was no rushing to get us out of the room after the exam and diagnosis. Alissa Moen had excellent bedside manner. Very pleased with our OI Urgent Care experience, despite having a broken foot...lol 😉 😋
She was very courteous and thorough and explained things with detail! 5 star for sure! And thank you to O I for having walk-in service available!!
