Wait three months for an appointment? When you have serious health issues, they canceled your appointment! Get a better doctors like Providence! This is the worst healthcare clinic in portland!
Probably the best low-income clinic in the state. I've been treated here for over a decade. It doesn't get better than this. The staff here have high standards. I'm sure they make minor mistakes--all medical professionals do. (All humans do) Folks, try to be grateful for these well trained and dedicated professionals--they work really hard for us, and they don't have to be working in a low income clinic. I feel lucky...
I have seen many providers at this clinic (maybe all of them at this point). I moved clear to a different end of town, and continue to use Richmond as my primary care clinic. No matter who I see for primary care, they truly take the time to consider my whole health; they consider changes to my medications, review my mental health management, assess whether or not there’s anything else they can do for me outside of the primary reason for my visit, etc. It feels weird this day and age to have providers probe for what they can ... read more
Absolute trash. My doctor doesn’t listen to me at all. I asked for testing for nearly five years which she refused. I knew something was wrong, now it turns out I’m quite unwell and this could have been caught and treated if she had only listened!! Zero follow up care after having cancerous tumors removed. They constantly cut treatments and entire departments from the network. Appointments are regularly 6+ months out after several months of waiting for referrals. I’ve been a patient here for 20+ years. As years go by, they became a lot busier, more student doctors to see patients, harder to get appointments. Now it takes 1-6 months to see my primary doctor for an annual physical check up, so I often go to other OHSU facilities if I need any medical attention sooner. Good service, I have no complaints about the service they provide, they listen.
