Horrible experience. First time to a primary care in 5 years and had to push them to do basic labs and an actual physical. More interested in my emotional health. Also was not notified when I made the appt that the doctor was a baby resident right out of med school. I know they are a teaching institution but they portrayed her as an attending when I made the appt. Was confused when she introduced herself as a resident. Usually happy with this clinic, but for my last appointment, I was 2 minutes late (at the end of check-in), and the doctor had taken the next patient. I was told to sit and wait to find if I could still be seen. I found this very frustrating and a rude way to treat patients.

This to express my deep frustration with the experience I’ve had trying to schedule a new patient appointment. My appointment has now been canceled twice due to provider "personal issues," and I’ve been told there are no alternative providers available because I’m a new patient. The front desk staff have also been dismissive and unsympathetic, which only adds to the frustration.
