Dr. Monti's was Unprofessional and had very rude behavior when all I was asking were simple medical questions and he got all upset upset with me after asking some basic questions about what’s going on with my health
Went in for shoulder injury assessment. Dr. Rudy and student George made me feel heard and respected, and like my personal observations/instincts were being factored into their professional assessment. If you’re like me and need to understand the what/why/hows to be able to accept medical advice, I would recommend Dr. Rudy for your sports medicine needs. Horrible experience. First time to a primary care in 5 years and had to push them to do basic labs and an actual physical. More interested in my emotional health. Also was not notified when I made the appt that the doctor was a baby resident right out of med school. I know they are a teaching institution but they portrayed her as an attending when I made the appt. Was confused when she introduced herself as a resident.
