I experienced retaliation by Dr Farulla and her office team after I shared a confidential complaint about her scribe’s inappropriate behavior during my appointment. OHSU lied about the feedback survey being confidential and my care was compromised. Would not recommend OHSU or this clinic to anyone.
I’ve been working with Dr berli, Dr Peter’s the team (primarily Carly) and urology for over three years and have never had better care. Even the front desk is always great. I’m a healthy individual, military family so I’ve been seen in many states. Ohsu is the best in the region and I appreciate the cutting edge techniques they have created and adopted to make their program one of the best. I had top surgery with Dr. Peter’s and he was great. The whole thing was pretty straight forward and happened just like they told me it would. It’s three months later and everything healed up nicely with no problems with wonderful results. Dr. Peter’s does fantastic work, I'm extremely happy and very grateful for him and his team. :)
Dr Peters is great but the care I’m getting post op is horrible. I’m hurting so bad I went to all medical care I could reach out here in Medford. La clinics was supposed to help me get the stitches out but instead she poke me and said oh man that a bad scar I can’t touch it or help you contact OHSU(Carley) my post op for post op care. It’s been a week I’ve only sleep 3/4 hours if I’m lucky so that’s maybe 30 hours in the past 7 days. I’m literally pints of liquor to get that sleep every night.. If this was a review for my double mastectomy in 2016, it would be a 5 star review; Dr. Hansen is amazing, and all of the staff were super friendly and nice! The dip in stars is not due to the doctor I had a consult with recently either; Dr. Nauta seemed friendly, personable, and exceedingly knowledgeable; I hope that maybe one day, I can actually get surgery from her!
