Ultrasound tech dismissive and rude. Gf came home in tears today after her 20 week ultrasound due to her experience at this clinic. Said they did not explain procedure or what was being looked at and were annoyed by questions, answering in rude and condescending tone. I guess they call it ‘Toilety’ for good reason….
