I was referred to them in December 2024; they never contacted me so I finally acquired their contact info from the local ENT who referred me to OSHU. In March 2025, I called OSHU and asked to be put on the schedule since they had overlooked me. They said they would call me “right back” but never did. It’s been 9 months now and i am suffering as a musician who can’t use my left ear for five hours a day. Thanks OSHU, you are super professional and kind.
denied my referral here on the basis of "they are not seeing certain diagnoses". I do not have a diagnosis, and was referred here in order to...have diagnostic tests performed to get a diagnosis. incredible lack of professionalism and basic human decency dealing with clients.
One minute you have an extremely kind and welcoming staff member, the next a very cold one. As for the visit: My daughter hasn't been sleeping for 2 years now and I was referred. The woman looked at her adenoids, and that was it. Was told her adenoids are perfectly fine and she needs sleep medication... I told the doctor everything, such as snoring, teeth grinding, and she was so fixated on her adenoids she didn't consider other factors like allergic rhinitis or anything else. My son had Dr. Quintanilla-Dieck as his provider for his tonsils/adenoids/tongue release surgery. She and the team at OHSU (anesthesiologist, nurses, receptionist) were top notch. They discussed all aspects of surgery and demonstrated care and concern for my son. I'd recommend them to anyone that has children with ENT needs.
