These people were professional and personable. I have gone twice and twice had excellent care. Wait time was minimal. Had cracked ribs diagnosed and they checked me for internal bleeding. I would absolutely go back.
I broke my ankle last night and getting seen by their urgent care was pretty easy. I had to register as a patient on one call then schedule an appointment on another right after. The hospital workers itself when I got there were extremely sympathetic, kind and patient. They adjusted my crutches twice, gave me wrist wraps for rashes from rubbing against them, and gave me ice for my foot and for my neck because I was sweaty (it's hard moving in crutches!). APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. NO WALK INS ALLOWED… WHY IS THIS CALLED IMMEDIATELY CARE IF IT ISNT IMMEDIATE??? Go to legacy urgent care instead, I’m an ohsu grad in need of help and am completely disappointed by this!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences here for both myself and my daughter (and I’m in healthcare). Being able to make an appointment for urgent care should be the standard everywhere. Yes there may still be a wait, but in the few times I’ve been here, it was very short. This is definitely my go-to for urgent health care needs.
