So far, my experience with this clinic is starting off negative. 1) you must make an appointment to be seen for urgent care 2) on the weekends, the doors are locked and staff doesn't arrive till 8am according to signage. The problem: my appointment was before 8am. The number you're to call to be let into the building has no phone tree options to be let in prior to 8am.
