The sleep study itself was fine, albeit, VERY hot. The downsides are trying to reach anyone on the phone, extremely long wait times to go over results, and their inflexibility around patient care and allowing the patient to choose a different provider once they're "assigned" one.
I've been impatient at this clinic for about 3 and 1/2 years not one thing has ever been done right. The doctor does not follow up on orders or after Labs or a study is done. I went in for a sleep study I didn't get my review of that for over a year. I had a CPAP machine that just did not work and I told them over and over that it's not working for me and I'm trying. It took 3 years to get a new machine that worked properly for me. And then where I get my supplies from I'm now left ordering my own supplies because no one wil... read more

The schedulers here are always amazing. They do whatever it takes to take care of the patient. Nobody gets left on hold and every call is taken .
Terrible 1st phone call. She stated "you need a referral and then it takes about 3 weeks for us to get it.......then you can call to book an appointment to get seen"!! Disgraceful!
