I found Dr. Rubin after seeing two different doctors at this practice focused on reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Rubin has been nothing short of magical! I came in with POI/perimenopause issues and polyps. Dr. Rubin is patient, attentive, and really understands the ways perimenopause impacts people lives. Somebody like Antonio should not work at a fertility clinic. This is the second bad I experience I had with Antonio. He is rude, short and extremely unhelpful. He makes it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. My OBGYN referred my husband and I to this clinic and my husband called to schedule and appointment and this time Antonio let him know that they do not do fertility treatments at OHSU male fertility.. and would not further explain. Great place to donate a load
Receptionist Antonio, is extremely rude, was very short with me and wouldn’t provide any sort of help whatsoever. Why would they have people like this on the phone? How embarrassing for him and OHSU, to hire people with zero tact in how they speak to patients.
